The Dayton Lodge

The Lodge at Dayton is located in S.E. Washington State on the Lewis and Clark Trail. Surrounded by the Touchet and Tucannon rivers which are abundant with trout, steelhead and salmon. A fisherman's dream. The Lodge sits on a hill overlooking the adorable little town of Dayton. Dayton is the seat of Columbia County. Dayton has only one street light but offers plenty of amenities; Hospital, police, Post Office and a fire department are located here. Dayton also has hotels, restaurants and a wonderful grocery store. Bluewood ski resort is just up the road as is the world famous Snake river and Hells Canyon. 30 miles south of Dayton on Highway 12 lies the famous and world renowned wineries and vineyards of the Walla Walla valley. The surrounding wheat fields offer world class pheasant, turkey and deer hunting. Cycling, skiing, fishing, hunting, wineries and vineyards make the Lodge's location a recreational paradise.

The Lodge was built in 1966 by the Mason's. Miles & Judy Miller purchased the Lodge in 2015 and spent 3 years in renovation. They made it their private residence in 2018. Unfortunately they must move to Columbus, Ohio for family reasons and sell their beloved Lodge. Although the Millers used the Lodge for their private residence the Lodge would make a wonderful Vrbo, Airbnb, or live/work property. The Lodge would be a sweet R.V layover location with it's large parking areas. It's an exquisite property, there's nothing like it!
